Why Worry!!!

Have you ever been overwhelmed with life’s challenges as under it’s weight you buckle, with your knuckle clenched you grit your teeth

Waves and worry cascading down, as you are pulled in its torrent hoping for the saving hands of the Messiah, 

And like a fish brought out of its natural habitat you gasp for air begging for the slightest bit of ray of hope.

Far away in the neither parts sits the Messiah calmly resting even in your unrest hoping you will find rest in His rest.

Mathew 6:25 “Therefore I say unto you, Take no thought for your life, what ye shall eat, or what ye shall drink; 

nor yet for your body, what ye shall put on. Is not the life more than meat, and the body than raiment?

Why Worry

We heave and sigh and there seems

to be no end in sight, our lips quiver

as we bate our eyelids in agreement

with the tune we hum in our heads

And even when we lift a finger the stringer still lingers and we ponder of a way out of the wonder, 

Footpaces are left strung on the sand as we thrung to where is wrong in search of a rung to hold the rope of worry

The thought eats into the bone leaving 

the flesh without meat as yet we see no

end in view but our ears are eager as we wager the barger that the end is not farther

Why Worry 

Now comes the Messiah with the sure promise that He has worried our worry and that all we need to do is surrender while He renders our worries to laundries

And even though we battle as we tear down the castle of our worry, we are in no crisis as 

The ‘Christ’ has asked us to do the casting 

so we paddle even though it seems like we don’t have a handle because at the cradle is “Christos”

Why Worry

Through prayer, we factor our name permanently in the courts of heaven, 

peradventure judgment might be brought on the case that we are bringing

And even though it takes a while, we persist convinced in our sender refusing to surrender.

Why Worry, eyes on the hills we look, unfazed we push as bounties for our king we bring.

Determined to follow God in faith doggedly we thus judge, constrained by His mighty hands.

Conclusion

We don’t worry, even when it seems there is no end in view, in the very thickets we still see the hand of God come

As men wonder not knowing that somehow in the yonder we met a wonder that has left a hunger on our fingers

And we move being convinced without a doubt that God will show up if we set our sails alright

Aligning to the dictates and eternal runes signalling from heaven.
