Bible Verse for the day: Matthew 16:24 The call of discipleship demands followership, denial of oneself and carrying of our cross to follow Jesus. Discipleship makes us take the morphe of one who is no longer the owner of himself but one whose bearing and tangent can be traced to an eternal source. If Jesus demands this of our discipleship, then we must of a necessity align because that’s the only way we can come after Him without entanglements.
It takes faith for the believer to make a journey especially one where God calls him to a strange land. There is a level of comfort one has if he is in familiar territories but when he is in search of a place in God, it takes faith as a substance to substantiate that reality in God.
